Refund policy

Due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, Cocoa and Creative will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in item). We will also honor returns due to receiving incorrect sizing from what was ordered. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions. You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. IMKameelah will cover the cost of shipping out your new size shirt back to you.

We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen by the customer, change of heart on color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

We will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic ordering and production of merchandise for each order. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
